Pam Chudzik BIAC Team Director of Development and Engagement.

Pam brings more than 20 years of experience in fund development, donor relations, volunteer engagement, and community-building, having previously worked with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the University of Connecticut Foundation.

As BIAC’s Director of Development and Engagement, Pam leads efforts to strengthen relationships with donors, community partners, volunteers, and other key stakeholders. She supports the organization’s fundraising and development initiatives, builds opportunities for community engagement, and helps expand awareness of BIAC’s mission and impact. Passionate about connecting people to causes that make a difference, Pam works to grow support for BIAC’s programs and services for people affected by brain injury throughout Connecticut.
