Katia comes to us with 20 years of varied disability experience, including mental health, substance abuse, and brain injury. Katia earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Connecticut. Katia currently also works as a 911 dispatcher for the town of Bloomfield, CT.
